A stunning purpley red, slightly ribbed, beefsteak tomato with green striping. Deep maroon flesh with green gel make for very pretty slices. The fruit have excellent flavor and are nice and juicy. Production is moderately heavy of nice sized tomatoes of 8-12 oz.
Once there was a dog named Girl Girl and she found this tomato in a row of Green Zebra and brought it to her owner. It became her favorite tomato and she was always trying to sneak one. Girl Girl is no longer with us and so her owner named this tomato in remembrance of her and her favorite tomato. Yes, this is a true story.
