A very nice scarlet red tomato with 4-6oz, smooth, meaty fruit that has a really nice flavor, both sweet and tangy. Fruit are crack resistant and are great for both fresh eating and canning. The plant is a compact bush, is tolerant of cooler weather, has great production and does have some late blight resistance.

Story:

This one has been around for a while. It was developed by Dr Robinson of NY Agricultural Experimental Station in Geneva, NY around 1912. It was rediscovered mid century and has been popular since then. It was first offered for sale by the Joseph Harris seed company in Rochester, NY.
