Jeff Dawson of Napa, CA, the developer of the Copia tomato, crossed Russian 117 and Georgia Streak, grew it out and stabilized it.

Orange Russian 117
A very pretty bi color heart tomato that is golden yellow/orange with pink marbling. Plants give a good yield of about 8 oz, up to a pound, meaty fruit that are stunning when sliced. Flavor is excellent, rather sweet and not real intense but not too mild, either. Wonderful for sandwiches or just plain eating. Definitely worth the wait.
