These large bi-colored beefsteaks are yellow with red stripes that merge into a blush on the bottom when ripe. Fruits are large, 10-18 oz with both yellow and a touch of pink flesh inside. They have very good flavor, both rich and sweet. Plants have goods yields of large attractive tomatoes with much more flavor than typical bi-colors. Here is a video link.
